Meet the Fleet:
Our Trio of Mississippi Riverboats
While these three ships share similar designs and amenities, each vessel brings a unique touch to your learning adventure on the waters of the Mississippi River.
American Serenade
The newest ship in this fleet, the American Serenade also has the distinction of winning Cruise Critic’s 2023 Editors’ Picks Award for Best New River Cruise Ship of the Year, which was the first time an American ship has been honored with this award. The Serenade follows the high standards set by its sister ships, combining comfortable amenities with a sleek riverboat design.
American Symphony
Comfort, style and effortless travel all come together on the Symphony. Built in 2022, this vessel offers everything you might need while sailing the Mississippi River, from an onboard fitness center to multiple dining venues to panoramic views from which to take it all in.
American Melody
Built in 2021, the Melody pioneered the contemporary design and details evident across this trio of ships. Crafted with the Mississippi River in mind, the Melody’s spacious windows and popular Back Porch Café combine comfort and luxury in a manner that sets the bar high for future vessels.
Our Duo of East Coast Small Ships
These two small ships explore different regions of America’s East Coast, yet they overlap in their design and amenities for a pleasant experience no matter where your voyage takes you!

American Cruise Lines’ American Liberty is a luxurious small ship that was built in 2024. Designed for an intimate experience, it can accommodate a maximum of 100 passengers in cabins that offer a private balcony, en suite bathroom with a shower, air conditioning and a safe. Passengers can take an elevator to all floors to enjoy their surroundings on the terrace at the bow, engage in conversation in the lounges or sample a meal in the elegant restaurant.
Deck Plans
