United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

Start of Trip: Hotel check-in from 3:00 p.m. Registration 4:30-5:15 p.m. Orientation 5:30 p.m. followed by dinner.

End of Trip: The program concludes on Day 6 with breakfast.

Many find that having a car is convenient when traveling with golf clubs, and offers more freedom to experience Sedona's sights during your free time. Highways and directions to Sedona are straightforward and the scenery along the drive is magnificent. For best rates with car rental companies, we recommend early booking. Groome Transportation offers 14 shuttles daily from Phoenix International Airport to Sedona. Pick up shuttle just outside the terminal's baggage claim. When making your booking, make sure you arrange for drop-off at your destination hotel, as extra fee may apply. RETURN: Shuttle picks up at your original hotel in Sedona (make sure to pre-arrange), drops off at your terminal at Phoenix airport. www.groometransportation.com. For ease of travel transfers, it is HIGHLY recommended that participants confirm shuttle schedules PRIOR to booking airfare.

Hilton Sedona from Phoenix
Take I-17 North from Phoenix for 100 miles until you reach the AZ-179 N exit, EXIT 298, toward Sedona. Turn LEFT onto AZ-179 and continue to follow for 7.1 miles (at the first roundabout). Turn LEFT onto Ridge Trail Drive for 0.2 miles. End at 90 Ridge Trail Dr Sedona, AZ 86351-7390.
Hilton Sedona from I-40
Take I-40 to exit 195 south in Flagstaff towards Phoenix. Go south on I-17 for 42 miles to exit 298, AZ Highway 179, Sedona. Turn right on AZ Highway 179 for 7 miles, turn left on Ridge Trail Drive and resort is on your right.
