After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
A group waiver from Aramark Wilderness River Adventures will need to be signed before participating in these activities. We've included this waiver so you can read it before the program begins. Your group leader will supply the form that needs signing upon arrival in St. George, Utah.
United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.
Arrival day is on Thursday, October 21, 2027.

Start of Trip: 3:00-5:30 p.m. hotel check-in and Program Registration; 6:00 p.m. Welcome Dinner, Orientation to follow.
Your trip ends on: Saturday, October 30, 2027 in St. George at Holiday Inn Convention Center
End of Trip: 8:00 a.m. after breakfast; 10:00 a.m. hotel check-out.

When making reservations, inform them you are with Road Scholar and they will bring you to our front door at the Holiday Inn Convention Center. Book your shuttle for at least 1 hour after arrival time. Terminal One arrivals, meet the shuttle on Zero Level. Terminal Three arrivals, go to Zero Level, exit door #55 and take the airport shuttle to Terminal One Zero Level. Make reservations by phone or at stgshuttle.com. Note: Other shuttle companies do not bring you to the Holiday Inn without an additional charge.

Travel South on I-15 about 300 miles to St. George. Take St. George Exit number 5. At the exit stop light turn left onto Dixie Drive and the hotel will be on your left in 100 yards.

From Las Vegas travel north on I-15 approximately 120 miles (two hours) to St. George, Utah. Take the St. George exit number 5. At the exit stop light turn right onto Dixie Drive and the hotel will be on your left in 100 yards.
