I have family members who suffer/suffered from dementia. This program offered great suggestions and cleared up some inconsistencies for me.

This lecture was unexpectedly good and informative. Thank you for caring for us on and off our travels.

Was impressed with the informal delivery for this sensitive topic, especially the video examples. The messaging was current, well designed to really give enough validity to the various thoughts for the many ways the dementia patient could interpret the requests and denials. Enjoyed this and have been able to use the lessons shared already with my mother!

I recommend this and other presentations for anyone dealing with dementia in their family. It can be overwhelming for loved ones and caregivers, and as they say: "The more you know..." is bound to help. Clearly presented and helpful.

Verbally, visually and kinetically this instructor simultaneously teaches hands on skills and conveys understanding of brain function.
