After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
A picture ID (passport, state issued ID, or driver's license) will be required to board the vessel. If you prefer to have your passport with you, you are welcome to bring it. On the Personal Information and Preferences Form, please indicate to us the name of your roommate/traveling companion. Also let us know if you are traveling with other individuals and wish to be assigned a room near them. In order to be prepared for your upcoming program, we need to collect some additional information in advance. The link can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. We expect it will take less than 5 minutes to complete. Please complete this form at least 14 days prior to the program start date. Road Scholar participants enrolling in this program are subject to American Cruise Line’s terms and conditions of carriage, which include an assumption of risk agreement, waiver of liability, and other important information regarding your rights and obligations. Participants are therefore encouraged to carefully review them in advance of the program. United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

There is a taxi loading zone on the Arrivals Curb outside of Level 1 Baggage Claim Door 7. Taxi rides cost $36.00 from the airport to the Central Business District (CBD) or French Quarter (west of Elysian Fields) for up to two (2) passengers. For three (3) or more passengers, the fare will be $15.00 per passenger. Taxis are required to accept credit card payments. Price is subject to change. Please visit flymsy.com for updated rates. Uber and Lyft are also available.

Road Scholar will provide one group transfer from the cruise terminal to the Memphis International Airport at the programs' conclusion. Expect to arrive at the airport at approximately 10:30 a.m. We recommend booking flights out of Memphis no earlier than 12:30 p.m. If you have scheduled an earlier flight on the day the program ends, please let your group leader and onboard staff know that you are leaving early so there is no confusion. Onboard staff can help arrange an Uber/Lyft or taxi if needed. Please note that if you choose not to take the group transfer that you will be responsible for this transfer expense.
