This on-line lecture focused on ways to make traveling more comfortable. I really liked the way that the lecturer led this as an interactive session. I was able to practice along as David lectured about the different movements to ease inactivity during long flights, exercises for balance, and exercises for strengthening your lower body. David also gave helpful advice for navigating jet lag. One important piece of advice that I took away from this lecture is to practice walking on surfaces in which you are traveling.
