Dr. Zsofia Zevecz gave this lecture on how sleep impacts your brain. She discussed how brain pathology in particular Alzheimers and dementia are impacted by poor sleep. In addition, Zsofia also discussed the benefits of sleep and made some recommendations on how ro achieve it. This lecture was very informative.

This video was too boring to finish watching. I only watched about 1/3 of it. I'm sure glad I did not have to pay for it!

Important information to be aware of especially as new research develops. The brain is a hard science topic not always easy to grasp conceptually and was brought to light by the speaker in understandable way related to sleeping patterns. Was a very well organized presentation.
