This online program was helpful more from a caregiver’s perspective. It showed how important it was to have a discussion with family or friends regarding current and future choices for aging. Would our decision be aging independently at home or could we choose a senior group residence where we would be constantly looked after? Would we want to move closer to family members? Be sure to put aging choices in writing to be clear for family members. Keep in mind family dynamics such as managing young children in addition to caregiving for aging parents. All helpful information.

The class covered so many issues that could face families when a parent needs help. The instructor presented ideas on how to handle a multitude of situations. Well worth spending an hour (plus the question and answer time.). I would encourage individuals in their 30s and 40s to take the class.

This was a great program for people looking to have those difficult "what comes next" conversations with parents who are losing the ability to be fully independent.

The program offered a great deal of very important and useful information for anyone who has an elderly relative who may need help as they age. Provides info on many of the issues that one may face and guidance on how to address them.
