Of all the programs I was on (at least 15) Lizeth and Joslyn were the most knowledgeable, caring and concerned leaders I have been with and I thank them for that. They made the program one of my best.

The talk helped make the Founding Fathers more real, more human. The speaker gave a more in depth analysis of the interactions and influences among them than any history lesson I’ve experienced before.

I found the lecture given by professor Masur about Americas founding fathers, very enlightening and engaging . He shared historical tid bits about our presidents that I would guess VERY few people have ever heard. Clearly Professor Masur, has been delving into our presidents their good points, their foibles and willingly shares with participants who attend Road Scholar lectures. I highly recommend his lectures...you'll want to learn more when you hear what he's able to share (within his time slot).

This topic on our Founding Fathers illustrates their informed, conscientious, altruistic desire to create a government based on the rule of law with awareness of the complexities of the human condition that presents inevitable conflicts. Dr. Masur presents this topic in detail with enthusiasm and palpable joy. His presentation is inspiring, such a rare but desirable quality in an instructor.

Louis Masur provided a fresh, thought-provoking perspective on the American Revolution, deepening my understanding of the era and the Founding Fathers as real people rather than just historical figures. His ability to condense complex information into an engaging and accessible lecture was impressive, and his passion for the topic was evident. The experience of learning as an adult, rather than in a classroom setting, made the material more meaningful. He answered audience questions for 20 minutes after the lecture and encouraged further discussion, making the event both informative and engaging. I look forward to attending more of his lectures in the future.
