Online Lecture: 1861 — The Turbulent Start of the Civil War

The man who gave the presentation was very knowledgeable on the topic of 1861- the turbulent start of the civil war. I have been to many civil war sites in the national park system, but I have not been to where the civil war started, in Charleston. I plan to visit Charleston South Carolina in the future, so this is why I attended the lecture. I learned more about the civil war and how it started, especially in the south. The lecture made me more interested in visited Charleston South Carolina and learning more about the civil war.
