I highly recommend this outstanding lecture due to its interesting and informative content. It involves a balanced combination of facts about geology and biographical content regarding Ms.Tharp.

I really enjoyed how the speaker laid the groundwork for what Ms Tharp accomplished and all the ramifications of her discovery. He made clear how plate tectonics works and why Tharp’s work was so “ground breaking.”
