Join us for the second lecture in our two-part series on the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, presented by Bruce Held, an expert in intelligence and national security. Dive into the mysterious movements of Lee Harvey Oswald on that fateful day in Dallas. Bruce will use his background in intelligence to decode Oswald's activities and interactions leading up to the event. Understand the questions that remain unanswered and the theories that continue to intrigue. Stay tuned for new perspectives on one of the most scrutinized events in American history.

Your online lecture will take place live over the course of 1-2 hours. All times are listed in the EASTERN time zone. If you live in a different time zone, please adjust your schedule accordingly. This live online experience uses Zoom Webinar, an easy-to-use web video service that includes closed captioning. All you need is an Internet connection and your computer. You will receive a confirmation email when you enroll, and a reminder email one week and one day before, as well as the morning of the event with a link and instructions on how to tune in. You will not be pictured on screen during the lecture, but you will have the opportunity to ask the instructor live questions using the Q&A box. Unless otherwise noted, all those who enroll in this program receive access to the live event as well as a recording of the lecture that you can watch any time within the two weeks following the live event.

Edward Bruce Held is a former CIA clandestine operations officer and served as chief of station in Asia, Latin America, and Africa, as well as special assistant to then-director George Tenet. He received the CIA Intelligence Commendation Medal for “tenacity and extraordinary accomplishments during a period of hostilities.” Bruce also served as associate deputy secretary of Energy, acting undersecretary of Energy for Nuclear Security and director of the Department of Energy's Office of Intelligence and Counterintelligence.
