United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.
A signed Parental Consent form is required for this program. The form must be signed by both parent(s)/legal guardian(s) of the child participating in the program and returned to the program provider prior to the start of the program. You will receive the form as part of your program information packet. You will also be able to access the form through your online account.

From the BWI terminal, follow signs for Off-Site Parking / Rail Station Shuttle (Zone 4). Board the free airport shuttle to the BWI Rail Station, which serves both Amtrak and MARC trains. At the BWI Rail Station, board either an Amtrak Northeast Regional train or a MARC Penn Line train to Washington Union Station. From Union Station, transfer to the Washington Metro Red Line toward Shady Grove. You may exit at Farragut North or transfer at Metro Center to the Blue, Orange, or Silver Line and exit at Farragut West. From either Farragut North or Farragut West, walk approximately 15 minutes to the Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Georgetown (1250 22nd St NW).

From Dulles Airport Main Terminal & Arrivals/Door, follow the signage for Dulles Airport Station. You may utilize the Dulles Airport Walkway to the Washington Dulles Tunnel to Mezzanine. Directions from the Dulles International Airport Metro station to the Embassy Suites: On the Silver Line, board a Largo-bound train to Foggy Bottom - GWU station. Exit the Metro station and head north on 23rd St NW toward N St SE. Pass the George Washington Equestrian Statue and continue on to New Hampshire Ave NW. Turn left on 22nd ST NW and the Embassy Suites Georgetown will be on the left a the end of the second block. The hotel is a 12 minute walk from the station.

Directions from the airport terminals to the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport Metro station: Terminal B and C: Use either of two enclosed pedestrian bridges on the concourse level which connect directly to the station. Terminal A: Exit the terminal to the streetside curb, and board any “Airport Shuttle” bus. At the stops for Terminal B/C or Parking Garages B and C you can access an enclosed bridge which connects to the Metrorail station. From New York, NY and points northeast to Embassy Suites Geogetown
From I-95 S keep right to continue on I-895 S, following signs for the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel Thruway/Annapolis. Take exit 4 to merge onto MD-295 S toward the Baltimore Pkwy/BWI Airport. Continue onto the Baltimore-Washington Pkwy for approximately 18 miles before using the right 2 lanes to merge onto US-50 W/New York Ave NE toward Washington. New York Ave NW will turn into Massachusetts Ave NW. At the second traffic circle take the 4th exit onto Rhode Island Ave NW. Continue on to M St NW and after 0.6 mi use the 2nd from the right lane to turn right onto 22nd St NW. Hotel will be on the left.
From Western Maryland and points northwest to Embassy Suites Georgetown
From I-270 S merge onto I-495 S. Take exit 39 to merge onto MD-190 E/River Rd toward Washington. Make a right onto Westbard Ave in 3.5 miles and then make a left onto Massachusetts Ave NW. At the first, second, and third traffic circles continue straight on Massachusetts Ave NW. At the fourth traffic circle take the 2nd exit onto 16th St NW. Turn right onto M S NW and after 0.6 mi use the 2nd from the right lane to turn right onto 22nd St NW. Hotel will be on the left.
From North Carolina and points southeast to Embassy Suites Georgetown
Take I-95 N toward Richmond. Merge onto I-395 N toward Washington. Use the left 2 lanes to take exit 1 for US-1 N/14th Street toward National Mall. Continue onto US-1/14th St SW. At the traffic circle take the 4th exit on to M St NW and after 0.6 mi use the 2nd from the right lane to turn right onto 22nd St NW. Hotel will be on the left.
