I was so impressed with the wealth of knowledge that Nicole shared about Antartica. Her lecture covered all facets of the continent from the geography of the continent and the surrounding area and its history, to the variety of wildlife. It was a joy to be able to learn so much about in a one hour lecture.

I've enjoyed every RS trip and course I've taken -- and these free courses just feel like a special gift. They are the cherry on top of the sundae that is Road Scholar!

I enjoyed the free lecture on Antarctica, especially the video clips of the terrain and wildlife. The person who presented the program had apparently traveled to Antarctica several times. She covered a good range of topics in a nice blend of conversational and lecture style. It was especially good to learn what wildlife one can expect to see on a trip to Antarctica. I recommend it to anyone interested in knowing more about Antarctica, especially if thinking about planning a trip there.
