I wish the presenter had listed the family members first thing so it would be easier to follow along. As the host suggested one could watch the presentation again, however that would not be necessary if the info was given upfront.

Excellent presentation given by a National Geographic photographer. Needless to say, the subject matter was very interesting and the visuals were amazing. I would highly recommend this lecture.

A really fascinating, in-depth look at recent developments in understanding Tutankhamen, his family lineage, and the religiopolitical setting in which he lived. Great info, no matter what your level of knowledge about ancient Egypt.

I recently took part in the lecture "The Mysteries of King Tut." It was informative and very accessible to someone with no real background knowledge. The reason I love these online lectures, is that they are about topics that I didn't realize I would find so interesting and they truly make me want to learn more.

Get a lot of information in a very short span of time and even get to ask questions. The lectures are fascinating!

We enjoyed learning new information about Tutankhamun, his period of rule, his family, his death, and achieving "Immortality."

Excellent coverage of the King Tut era and all that has been uncovered to date. The use of new technology added immensely to the Tut story.

This was a great program given by a photographer that photographed some of the greatest archaeological treasures from Ancient Egypt.

The lecturer was extremely knowledgeable and presented information in a clear and fascinating way. I had already seen the immersion TUT exhibit in Washington, but learned a great deal more thanks to his lecture.

This program is illustrated with remarkable photographs and detailed explanations of the short life of King Tut revealed through modern technology. Extends our knowledge far beyond the initial discovery of his tomb 100 years ago.

A terrific hour with a gifted storyteller who knows so much and was THERE! It's ages since I last thought about King Tut, and should know more than I do, so this hour was a welcome refresher but mostly info new to me, with great stories of then (Tut & Co.) and now (the recent explorations). This vivid portrayal of the past and the new questions raised by current research and archeology is a great way to spend an hour. It upends and enhances the aura of the ever popular "King Tut."

Always been curious about King Tut and the new technology has given us more info about his lineage and his young life...didn't know he became King when only nine and died at nineteen, had to use a cane when walking and why. Watch for more info and the presenter is one of the best!

Wonderful program. Brought the story of Egyptian pharaoh Tutankhamun to life with beautiful photographs of the artifacts and a rich discussion of the history surrounding his reign.

This lecture was my first excursion into the world of Road Scholar. It was quite a trip into King Tut and his world, and I'm looking forward to not only watching the video of the lecture in case I missed something, but of finding more such delightful lectures in the future. Such a big world to explore!

Just watched the most incredible lecture webinar by an actual witness to history that unlocks mysteries from ancient civilizations. Nat Geo photographer has documented the discoveries related to King Tut through his camera since 1997 but he is perhaps an equally effective verbal storyteller. I learned so much more beyond the now familiar tomb/mask … about (only) the relevant history, archaeology, scientific technology and genealogy that kept me riveted as he unfolded the story through his experiences. Absolutely a must-see!!!

This complete and comprehensive overview of the recently uncovered information of the Tut tomb is incredible. While I have visited Egypt and done a great deal of reading on the subject, it was amazing to see the leaps technology has made. I learned fascinating information and it was presented in a most enjoyable manner with excellent visuals. The speaker, Mr. Garrett is a treasure. This was the best hour lecture I have spent in ages.
