Activity Level
Keep the Pace
I like to spend much of the day exploring. Whether walking through historic neighborhoods at a moderate pace or out and about on a coach, I prefer to keep my days full. Stairs don’t bother me, and I love to keep up with the group.
Small Group
Love to learn and explore in a small-group setting? These adventures offer small, personal experiences with groups of 13 to 24 participants.
What You'll Learn
- Surround yourself in the volcanic terrain of Iceland as you soak in the mineral-rich, geothermally-heated waters of the Blue Lagoon in Reykjavik, and visit the Viking World Museum.
- Take in ice-capped mountains from the ship, and board Zodiacs to scan the wild coastline up-close for seals, whales and seabirds.
- Visit the best-preserved Norse structure in Greenland, Hvalsey Church, a fjord-side stone ruin, and discover the story of its fascinating past.
- Take in onboard presentations by special guest Margaret Atwood, author of “The Handmaid’s Tale” and “The Year of the Flood.”
