This program gave me increased insight into the plight of the wildlife and land/permafrost of the Arctic region. It is good to know how important it is to take steps to restore and preserve this area for the health of the earth and how it is a bellwether for the progress of climate change.

This really brought the whole situation into focus. I didn't even have a clue where this area might be located and as a result learned a lot.

Well organized and informative presentation. Cleared much inaccurate information I held about Sufism. Made me hope that more people become Sufists.

Extremely interesting. It made me aware of all the wonderful wildlife that exists there. Also the concern over 1002 section. I pray that greed for one year of oil does not destroy what can never be replaced. Will humans ever really learn that there is only one Earth and it is our only home for both humans and animals? I pray we do so in time.

What happens to the ANWR is critical not only to Alaska but to all people worldwide. This program beautifully details the majesty of the area and the vital role it plays for its permanent and transitory inhabitants of the natural world as well as for the humans who call it home. Watch, listen, learn.

Much valuable information was packed into an hour lecture about the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, It was presented by a very knowledgeable and excellent speaker, and the additional speakers were top notch, too. I also enjoyed the question and answer session. This presentation was a wonderful and enriching opportunity.

This webinar on the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) was very well done with very knowledgeable speakers. I left the webinar very well informed on the layout of ANWR, the ecosystems, fauna and natives it supports and the criticality of continuing to fight oil exploration and drilling at this magnificent national treasure.

Jerri Roberts was the main speaker on ANWR, and she spoke with a deep and broad understanding of the area. Her use of images and videos helped greatly as well as including other experts to broaden our understanding. I was shocked to see the extensive industrial development on Prudhoe Bay and its impact already on wildlife! She made it clear that nothing short of permanent protection is urgently needed.

We just finished an 1 1/2 hour live presentation about ANWR (Alaskan National Wildlife Refuge that was great. It was interesting and well done by presenter. Good visuals to go along with it. Time for questions at end. So grateful for this free opportunity. We had taken a trip to Costa Rica with Road Scholar before COVID, and when safe to travel we hope to sign up again.

I wasn’t sure what to expect of my first on-line adventure. I was pleasantly surprised by the genuine knowledge of the spokesperson.
