This was a great trip rich in information and experiences of a very beautiful and complicated part of America. The accommodations were excellent, centrally located and with lots of amenities. Ellen, our group leader, was knowledgeable and most importantly available to everyone throughout the trip. The only thing I would like to have seen is more hands-on cooking opportunities even if a day or two were added. All in all a wonderful experience!

Desert Bounty: Celebrating Santa Fe's Agriculture & Cuisine was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend even if you think you know Santa Fe and the surrounding area. The filed trips were excellent and the topics covered were interesting. There was plenty of free time which I loved and used to explore on my own. Our leader Ellen was the best and I am seriously looking at other Road Scholar Santa Fe programs she leads. The last night dinner was beyond exceptional - an experience for the memory book.
