Ancient history and modern culture combine in spectacular fashion as you explore several of Greece’s most treasured islands, from the glamorous charms of Mykonos to the romantic terraces of Santorini. What’s more, you’ll explore the rich antiquity that shaped Greece as a nation with expert-led visits to sites such as legendary Ephesus and the iconic Acropolis. Activity Level
Choose Your Pace
This program offers two activity levels to choose from on every departure date: one that has less walking and fewer stairs and another at a more active pace.

Best of all, you’ll…

  • Experience authentic local life and time-honored traditions on one of Greece’s most popular islands, Mykonos.
  • Climb the Acropolis, one of the world’s most awe-inspiring ancient sites and the symbol of Athens, with an expert.
  • Discover the storied past behind the ruins of Ephesus, the jewel of the Greek-Roman cities, during your time in Turkey.
  • Sail exclusively with ship mates who are all Road Scholar participants, as dedicated to learning as you are.

General Notes

We’ll have up to 350 Road Scholar participants on the ship, divided into groups of 35 for shore excursions. Please note roommate matching is available in categories F, H and L.
