After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
PERMIT TO COMPLETE: A free MCAS Yuma / Luke Air Force Base (AFB) recreational access permit is REQUIRED for all participants for group access to the Crater Range hike on day 5 of our program. These permits are obtained by accessing the MCAS Yuma RecAccess website at https://bmgr.recaccess.com/ and creating an account, then getting your free annual permit while logged in under your account. In the "Specific Notes about Your Program" section of this document is a discussion regarding the relevance of the permit to your program and helpful tips for completing the permit process. Again, this permit is required for EVERY participant in the group, even those traveling together, meaning that each person must create their own account and obtain their own permit. It is extremely helpful for participants to complete these permits before the start of the program. Thank you for your assistance and understanding in this matter
United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.
