A passport is required for this program. It must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date.

If Road Scholar is arranging your air travel to and from the program, and you travel on the scheduled start and end dates, you’ll receive free round-trip transfers from the airport to the hotel.

Meet the group at Delta Hotels Prince Edward in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

Start of Trip:  3:00 p.m. hotel check-in; 4:00-5:00 p.m. Program Registration; 6:30 p.m. Welcome Dinner followed by Orientation.

Getting to the site: Independent travelers are responsible for arranging their own transfers. Please see the following options: Yellow Cab - Taxi - Available between Charlottetown Airport (YYG) and the arrival hotel. Phone: 902-566-6666.

Your trip ends on: Monday, August 24, 2026 in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island at Loyalist Country Inn

End of Trip: 9:30 a.m. upon arrival of group transfer at Charlottetown Airport; 11:00 a.m. hotel check-out.

Getting to the airport: A group transfer from the departure hotel in Summerside to the Charlottetown Airport (YYG) . This group transfer will arrive at the Charlottetown Airport at approximately 9:30 a.m. This transfer is available to ALL enrolled participants at no extra charge. No reservations are required. Your registration in the program guarantees your seat on the group transfer. The transfer is only available on the scheduled end date.

Information if you are purchasing your own airfare: Participants who have not purchased airfare through Road Scholar are responsible for making their own transfer arrangements to the first site at the beginning of the program. The transfer at the end of the program, from the last hotel to the Charlottetown Airport (YYG) is included for ALL enrolled participants. Your registration in the program guarantees your seat on the group transfer from the final hotel at the end of the program. The transfer is only available on the scheduled start/end date and time. Participants who have purchased Road Scholar airfare are protected against airline change fees; however, anyone who has not purchased Road Scholar airfare will be required to make their own adjustments and may incur fees imposed by the airline.
