From the moment we arrived in Ireland, we were immersed in the rich history and breathtaking landscapes of this enchanting country. Our knowledgeable guide made the journey both educational and fun, providing insights into Ireland's culture and traditions. This was my fourth Road Scholar family/grandparent tour and I can highly recommend this Ireland tour for those seeking a meaningful and memorable family vacation.

This was an incredible trip. I highly recommend it. We had a great leader, (Karen Tyner) who had a remarkable knowledge of Ireland’s history. This country is beautiful and the people are friendly and welcoming. The kids on this trip bonded well and all seemed to have a great time. Many thanks to our very organized, smart and witty leader, and to Road Scholar for its well planned itinerary.

Our inter generational tour of Ireland with our granddaughter was amazing. Our guide Karen was warm, funny, an excellent storyteller and very organized. The accommodations were top notch and the sites we visited and the activities we participated in were awesome. I highly recommend this tour of Ireland!

For those with an interest in Ireland, and especially those who would like to share Ireland with their families, I can really recommend this trip. The stops are planned with both adults and teenagers in mind and perhaps more free time than usual is scheduled, giving families time to do what most interests them.

No guide just for children as was described in catalog. More strenuous than described and we averaged walking 5 to 6 miles per day. Beautiful county charming people and cuisine. Loved the included music performances.

I would like to say how wonderfly Antoinette was. She replaced Katie half way though the tour. Katie was very good too, but Antoinette was exceptional.

Prepare to walk a lot and spend a lot, since there are a lot of meals on your own, as well as free time for exploring. which sometimes comes with cost of transportation and entry fees. But also many interesting and beautiful included experiences.

Ireland is a beautiful country made even more beautiful due to the Road Scholar adventure to different locations in the area of Dublin, Adare, Galway, Killarney and Ennistymon. This family program could not have been better. Our group leader was the best! If you're looking to see the "real" Ireland with your family, this is the program for you!
