Angelo was a fantastic guide, as knowledgeable as considerate for the participants. I wish we could have a written summary of his talks. it is fascinating to hear about the history of a place when we are on site however it is very difficult to take notes while we are walking or standing there. A written summary of what was said would be very very useful. Even if we have a good bibliography inside de documentation, it is rather overwhelming to consult all of this. So, a few pages summary would be very appreciated (this holds true for other Road Scholar programs as well) Massimo was a good chef with a good sense of humour. We had fun while we learned. It could have been nice to change city at least once during this program, may be spend half the time in Taormina and half in Siracusa or Ragusa. This would allow us to be in a less touristic city and be more in context with real life in Sicily. Over all it was a great program, the small group is a must for such rogram.
