Arrival day is on October 5, 2026
Meet the group at Phoenix Hotel Copenhagen in Copenhagen
Start of Trip: 3:00 p.m. hotel check-in; 5:30 p.m. meeting in hotel lobby followed by Orientation and Welcome Dinner.
Getting to the site: A taxi from the airport to the hotel typically costs DKK 300–400 for the approximately 5-mile journey, taking around 20 minutes, depending on traffic. A more economical option is the Metro (M2 line): follow signs to the metro station at the airport and purchase a ticket at the ticket machines in the station or via the official public transport mobile apps before boarding. Take the M2 toward the city center and ride to Kongens Nytorv (about 10–15 minutes). From there, the hotel is a short 5–7 minute walk—exit the station, cross toward the Royal Danish Theatre, continue northeast past Kunsthal Charlottenborg and Nyhavn, then proceed along Bredgade, where Phoenix Copenhagen will be on the left shortly after the statue of King Christian X on horseback.
Your trip ends on: Tuesday, October 13, 2026 in Stockholm at Hilton Stockholm Slussen
End of Trip: After breakfast; 12:00 Noon hotel check-out. Transfers throughout the day depending on flight times.
Getting to the airport: Taxi is the most direct option, typically costing SEK 700–800 for the approximately 27-mile journey, with travel time depending on traffic. Alternatively, take the Arlanda Express from Stockholm Central Station, which departs every 10–15 minutes and reaches the airport in about 20 minutes. A one-way ticket usually costs SEK 250–320, with lower fares available when purchased in advance or as a group; tickets can be bought online, via the Arlanda Express app, or at ticket machines in the station. To reach Stockholm Central Station from the hotel, you can take a short taxi ride (about SEK 70–85, roughly 1 mile) or use public transport from Slussen—tram tickets cost approximately SEK 39–45 and must be purchased before boarding via ticket machines or mobile ticketing apps.
