General Notes

Maximum of 78 participants, divided into smaller groups for activities. For September 16, 2018: Due to hotel availability in Tours, our large group will be divided into 2 small groups. Groups will be divided by accommodation, staying at either the Best Western Artist or the Best Western Central. Both hotels are of equal value,and offer similar amenities. Road Scholar will notify you of your placement about 1 month prior to departure. Each group will enjoy breakfast at their perspective hotel, and have their own motorcoach and Group Leader. If you are traveling with companions, please note this on your Participant Information Form so we can place you at the same hotel. Road Scholar is not taking requests of accommodation, and will notify you of your placement about 1 month prior to departure.
