After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
Driver's License or photo ID.
United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.
A signed Parental Consent form is required for this program. The form must be signed by both parent(s)/legal guardian(s) of the child participating in the program and returned to the program provider prior to the start of the program. You will receive the form as part of your program information packet. You will also be able to access the form through your online account.

FROM JFK Terminals Take AirTrain ($8.25) to Jamaica. Use a credit card with a chip to pay the fare via the OMNY system. At Jamaica Station transfer to the LIRR commuter rail to PENN STATION. The fare for this train is separate from the Airtrain and varies: $8.25 off-peak; $11.25 peak. Weekends are off-peak. Purchase your ticket at one of the kiosks in the station before boarding the train. The train will bring you directly into Penn Station. Exit out to 8th Avenue. The New Yorker is only a few blocks away at 34th & 8th Avenue. Easy walking distance.

From Newark Airport Follow signs from baggage claim area to the AirTrain monorail direct to Newark Airport Station. Take NJ Transit to New York Penn Station. This is normally the final stop on the train. Penn Station is undergoing a massive renovation - follow exit signs for 8th Avenue. The hotel has an enormous sign fronting on 8th Avenue at 34th Street - it is just a block or two away, depending on which exit you emerge from. Walk in the direction of the traffic and you will see the hotel sign. Purchase ticket from NJ Transit kiosk in airport. Senior Fare: $11.25, Regular Fare: $15.25 (subject to change.)
