After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.

Important Information - Several documents required before your program: 1. One or more of the meals on your program must be pre-selected. For your convenience, we have created an online form that can be filled out on any mobile device or computer. The link can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. We expect it will take less than 5 minutes to complete. At the bottom of the form there is a submit button. After submitting your form, you will have the opportunity to “submit another response” if you are traveling with someone in the same household. 2.Sanibel Sea School requires a signed waiver for each participant participating in our guided beach walk. Please refer to the end of this pre-program information packet for the waiver. Please complete and return the waiver to rscentralprograms@roadscholar.org no less than five weeks prior to the start of the program. In your email, please include your name, program number, and program start date.

United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.
