After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
One or more of the meals on your program must be pre-selected. For your convenience, we have created an online form that can be filled out on any mobile device or computer. The link can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. We expect it will take less than 5 minutes to complete. At the bottom of the form there is a submit button. After submitting your form, you will have the opportunity to “submit another response” if you are traveling with someone in the same household.
United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

At Miami International Airport, follow signs for the MIA Mover, the airport's free internal train service. A single trip on Metrorail costs $2.25 which can be purchased in the form of an EASY Card or ticket available at station vending machines. Take the Southbound train /Orange Line from MIA Airport Station to Government Center station and transfer to the free Metro Mover "Omni Loop" and exit on Knight Center station. Our hotel will be one block east from the Knight Center station. When exiting the building of the station, you would go to the right.

Head east on US-41 /SW 8th St. Turn left on Rte 1/Brickell Ave. Make a right on Biscayne Blvd Way. Bear left on Biscayne Blvd. Make left onto SE 2nd St. The hotel will be on the left on 200 SE 2nd Ave. (Approx. 2.9 miles, 14 minutes, has tolls)
From I-95 to Courtyard Miami Downtown Brickell
Take I-95 South to exit 2C for Miami Ave toward Downtown. Continue on Downtown Distributor and continue straight onto SE 3rd St. Turn left after Whole Foods Market and then turn left onto SE 2nd St. The hotel will be on the left on 200 SE 2nd Ave. (Approx. 14 miles, 24 minutes, has tolls)
From Miami International Airport (MIA) to Courtyard Miami Downtown Brickell
Use the 2nd from the right lane to keep right at the fork, continue on Exit 4 and follow signs for FL-953 S/Le Jeune Rd/Coral Cables/FL-836. Use the left lane to merge onto FL-953 S/NW 42nd Ave/S Le Jeune Rd via the ramp to FL-836 W. Use the right lane to take the State Route 836 ramp to Downtown. Continue on FL-836 E to Downtown Distributor. Take exit 2C from I-95 S. Continue on Downtown Distributor and continue straight onto SE 3rd St. Turn left after Whole Foods Market and then turn left onto SE 2nd St. The hotel will be on the left on 200 SE 2nd Ave. (Approx. 8 miles, 28 minutes, has tolls)
