Reel in adventure and culinary delights on this farm- and sea-to-table adventure with your grandchild! Join a school of fellow fishermen and junior chefs as you test your sea legs on a deep-sea fishing excursion and a crabbing or clamming adventure on the Oregon coast. Then take your catch of the day back to the kitchen to learn how to cook delectable seafood dishes with real chefs from the Oregon Coast Culinary Institute (OCCI). Plus visit a local berry farm and cheesemaker to gather fresh cheese and produce to complement your seafood dishes. And top it all off with a cooking competition. At the end of a week of learning to gather and cook fresh produce and seafood, you’ll all be hooked!
