Using the Boston public transportation system — known as the T — we will head over to the Boston Sports Museum located in the TD Garden, home of the Boston Celtics and Bruins. Learn from an expert about Boston's sports legends, all-stars, and local heroes in a city filled with devoted and intense sports fans.

After lunch, walk through the North End, one of Boston's most historic neighborhoods, to the Old North Church. We’ll go top to bottom and learn all about Boston’s oldest surviving church building (1722), and the history that surrounds it. Led by a church docent, the brave and strong can climb all the way to the top of the steeple and learn about the ringing of the bells. We’ll then explore the crypt beneath the church. Board a motor coach and head north to Lowell, MA for a Lowell Spinners game. Before the game, we’ll take part in a hands-on baseball clinic led by seasoned players and coaches.
