After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.

As part of this program, all participants are required to complete a waiver for one activity provider: Banff Trail Riders. The horseback riding waiver for Banff Trail Riders will be completed online at the beginning of the program, with assistance from your Group Leader. Participants under the age of 18 are required to have their legal guardian sign on their behalf.

A passport is required for this program. It must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date.

If Road Scholar is arranging your air travel to and from the program, and you travel on the scheduled start and end dates, you’ll receive free round-trip transfers from the airport to the hotel.

Meet the group at The Rimrock Resort Hotel in Banff, Alberta

Start of Trip:  4:00 p.m. hotel check-in and Program Registration; 6:00 p.m. Welcome Dinner; 8:00 p.m. Orientation.

Getting to the site: This program includes round-trip airport transfers for all participants to get you to and from your program. The Transfer is available to ALL enrolled participants at no extra charge. The group transfer to the arrival hotel will depart Calgary International airport (YYC) at 3:00 p.m.; approximate arrival at the hotel in Banff is 5:00 p.m. Meet your Group Leader at Meeting Place “A” on the Domestic Arrivals Level at the extreme eastern end of Calgary airport building. There is a large circular red sign with “Meeting Place” and a large, white “A” in the middle of the sign. Meet your group leader between Doors 1 and 2 (inside the terminal), near the escalators. On this program, transfers are only available on the scheduled start date and time. If you should miss the transfer, regular shuttle service between the Calgary Airport and Banff can be arranged with Banff Airporter.
