One of Indiana’s natural gems, Pokagon State Park welcomes you for a week of learning and discovery along the beautiful shores of Lake James. Spend time with a Pokagon naturalist and learn about the winter wildlife that inhabits the park’s nature reserves, wetlands and forest. Explore this spectacular park and its interactive nature center, where wildlife abounds in both exhibits and outdoor viewing areas. Then, delve into topics including antiquing, storytelling and the history of the “wives and widows” of the Civil War with local experts.
