At a Glance

In daily classes with a professional chef, study basic cooking techniques and Down East culinary history as you learn to prepare meals from Maine’s regional repertoire, including seafood chowders and the famed lobster. Visit and converse with local organic farmers and lobstermen to gain new perspectives on Maine’s culinary favorites. Climb aboard a working Maine lobster boat for a spin around the Bay, then drop by Roosevelt International Park on Campobello Island for maritime tradition. Local guests and fresh foods prepared by participants highlight evening meals.
