There are several shuttle options available from/to the Portland airport. All require advance reservations. They include Oregon Express Shuttle; Hut Portland Airport Shuttle; Best Oregon Tours and several others. Please email or contact The Shedd for a full list (heidi@theshedd.net; 541-434-7012).

Direct line hotel phones are available near the baggage claim. The Gordon Hotel's phone number is 541-762-0555 for their shuttle service - they do need 48 hours in advance to schedule a shuttle. The Campus Inn and Hayward Inn do not offer shuttle service. Cabs and commercial shuttle service are available. Uber and Lyft are also available from The Eugene Airport. Direct line hotel phones are available near the baggage claim.

Free parking is available at Campus Inn, The Gordon Hotel charges a day rate. Limited parking may be available at The Shedd, and there are paid parking lots across the street.

From the Oregon Coast

From Florence, drive east on Hwy 126. When entering Eugene, Hwy 126 becomes West 11th. Follow West 11th all the way into Eugene. Turn left at Garfield (11th forces you to turn left or right at this street). Turn right onto 7th Avenue at the next light. 7th is one-way heading east. Do not get into the far left lane at this point. To Hayward Inn: Continue on 7th. 7th will become E. Broadway and the Franklin Street. You will want to be in the left lane. You will pass the Hayward Inn and make a U-Turn at Villard St. Hayward will be on the right after the U-Turn To Gordon Hotel: After you pass the turnoff at the Washington-Jefferson St. Bridge and enter downtown Eugene, move to the far left lane. You will cross Olive Street and see the Hult Performing Arts Center on your left. Take the next left on Oak Street and move to the right lane. Turn right on 5th and the hotel will be on your right. To the Campus Inn: Stay in the right lane on 7th. Turn right on Pearl. Turn left on Broadway. [You will pass in front of The Shedd at the next light, which is High Street.] Continue to the next light and the Campus Inn driveway is on your right.

From I-5 from the South

From I-5, take Exit 192 to Downtown Eugene. Stay in the left lane. It will turn into Franklin Boulevard and you will pass the UO on your left. Stay in the middle lane on the main Boulevard – don’t make a left onto 11th Ave. To Hayward: Stay in the right lane on Franklin BLVD. Hayward will be on the right. To The Gordon Hotel: Follow signs to 6th Avenue, turning right at the light at Hilyard Street. Turn right onto Oak Street and move to the right lane. From Central Oregon

From Central Oregon Head for the Willamette Valley on US 126. Once in Springfield, stay on Main Street through town. It will turn into Franklin Boulevard and you will pass the UO on your left. Stay in the middle lane on the main Boulevard – don’t make a left onto 11th Ave. To Hayward: On Franklin BLVD stay in the right lane and you will see it on the right. To The Gordon Hotel: Follow signs to 6th Avenue, turning right at the light at Hilyard Street. Turn right onto Oak Street and move to the right lane. Turn right on 5th and the hotel will be on your right.. For Campus Inn: Also follow signs to 6th street and be in the left lane. Turn left on Pearl Street, just past the 5th Street Market. Continue to Broadway, and turn left. [You will pass in front of The Shedd at the next light, which is High Street.] Continue to the next light and the Campus Inn driveway is on your right. [note: you can also stay straight on Franklin and make a tricky left turn into the Inn’s parking lot – we think this is a safer route for newcomers!

From I-5 from the North

Take Exit 194 WEST into Eugene and the UO, which puts you on I-105. Follow signs to downtown and UO. You will cross the Willamette River on the Ferry Street Bridge. Take the 6th Avenue exit. To Hayward: Continue straight from Ferry St Bridge onto E. Broadway. E. Broadway will turn into Franklin BLVD. Be in the left lane. At Villard St. make a U-Turn. You will see Haywar on the right after the U-Turn. To the Gordon Hotel: Turn right onto Oak Street and move to the right lane. Turn right on 5th and the hotel will be on your right.. To the Gordon Hotel: Turn right onto Oak Street and move to the right lane. Turn right on 5th and the hotel will be on your right.. For Campus Inn: Turn left on Pearl Street, at the next light, just past the 5th Street Market. Continue to Broadway, and turn left. [You will pass in front of The Shedd at the next light, which is High Street.] Continue to the next light and the Campus Inn driveway is on your right.

From Airport/Hwy 99N

From the Airport: Exit the airport heading south on Airport Road and stay on it as it winds through some fields until you reach the light at Highway 99 West. Turn right onto Highway 99 West. Stay on this road for about 6 miles. It turns into 7th Avenue and is one-way heading east. To Hayward Inn: Continue on 7th. 7th will become E. Broadway and the Franklin Street. You will want to be in the left lane. You will pass the Hayward Inn and make a U-Turn at Villard St. Hayward will be on the right after the U-Turn To The Gordon Hotel: Turn left on Oak Street and move to the right lane. Turn right on 5th and the hotel will be on your right.. To the Campus Inn: Stay in the right lane on 7th. Turn right on Pearl. Turn left on Broadway. End of Trip: 9:30 a.m. after breakfast; 11:00 a.m. hotel check-out..
