Extensive standing and walking up to two miles a day and climbing. Existing roads/sidewalks are generally unpaved terrain. Ground transportation via 4x4 vehicles over roads that may be bumpy. Participants must descend exterior stairs with railings from freighter to board 30-passenger whaleboats to get ashore.

Formerly a teacher, she integrates her passion of art, archaeology and anthropology studies with Polynesian culture.
