After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
The following form is required to be mailed, emailed, or faxed back to the Mountains and Plains Institute office: Acknowledgement of Risk Form (We are required by our insurance carrier to obtain these forms from all program participants prior to participating in the program,) These are not part of the online Participant Information Form. United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.
While this program’s activity level is Keep the Pace, we spend time at elevations above 8,000 feet. High Altitude may physically impact participation, especially for persons traveling from low elevations. Should you have a history of altitude or respiratory difficulties, serious heart problems, or any medical conditions that might be exacerbated by the stresses of high elevations, please consult with your physician about the physical demands of the program and your participation in it well before departure.

Aspen Airport (ASE) Shuttle Limelight Snowmass Hotel provides guests with complimentary concierge and shuttle service from ASE to the hotel. To schedule complimentary pickup from ASE, please contact the front desk at 970-924-5100 at least two weeks in advance. Please note that your driver will meet you outside the airport after you exit baggage claim. Snowmass Village is located at an elevation of 8,300 feet above sea level.

Call for reservations An inexpensive alternative to the Taxi is the Public Bus Service: the RFTA bus for $7.00 to Snowmass Village. Inquire at the train station for directions to the bus stop, lots of walking will be necessary on both ends of the bus ride.

Snowmass Village Limelight Hotel
From Denver: 205 miles via I-70 and Highway 82 From Grand Junction: 130 miles via I-70 and Highway 82. Follow I-70 west or east to exit 116 in Glenwood Springs, take Exit 116, to Hwy 82. Follow the signs for Snowmass Village/Snowmass Ski Area. In approximately 38 miles, turn right onto Brush Creek Road at the traffic light, following signs toward Snowmass Village/Snowmass Ski Area. Take Brush Creek Road for six miles until you enter Snowmass Village. On the right will be the Village Center and a small Conoco gas station. At the traffic circle, continue straight to stay on Brush Creek Rd. Take the 3rd exit onto Wood Rd/Wood Run Rd. In 463 feet turn right at Limelight Hotel, 65 Wood Road. Arrival and Parking Parking garage is located on Wood Rd just past the left turn for it on the right side of the road. Hit the buzzer to call our Front Desk staff and they will let you in to the Limelight Hotel area of the parking garage so that you can check in. Staff are available to assist with luggage. There is a daily parking fee. Snowmass Village is located at an elevation of 8,300 feet above sea level.
