Sorry to see you're having some web trouble. It's possible the issue you're experiencing can be resolved by clearing your cookies and cache. Below are instructions on how to clear your cookies and cache from your web browser.
Chrome
- Open a new Chrome tab or window.
- At the top right, click the menu button (3 dots).
- Click “More Tools” and then “Clear Browsing Data.”
- At the top, choose a time range. Select “All time.”
- Check the boxes next to "Cookies and Other Site Data" and "Cached Images and Files.”
- Click “Clear Data.”
Firefox
- Open a new Firefox tab or window.
- At the top right, select the menu button (3 lines).
- Click “Options,” then “Privacy & Security Panel.”
- In the “Cookies and Site Data” section, click “Clear Data.”
- Uncheck the box in front of “Cookies and Site Data.”
- Make sure the boxes next to “Cached Web Content” and “Cookies and Site Data” are check marked, and click the “Clear” button.
Edge
- Open a new Edge tab or window.
- At the top right, click the menu button (3 dots).
- Select the "Settings" menu item.
- Find the "Clear Browsing Data" section.
- Choose “What to Clear from Edge.”
- Make sure that the boxes are checked next to “Cookies and Saved Website Data” and “Cached Data and Files.”
- Click the "Clear" button.
Safari
- Open a new Safari tab or window.
- In the menu bar (at the top left of your screen), click “History.”
- At the bottom of the menu, choose “Clear History.”
- Use the drop-down menu to pick what timeframe you want to clear history and cookies from Safari.
- One last time, click “Clear History.” Along with clearing your Safari history, this also clears your cookies and cache.
