One of our strategic priorities is “Make Road Scholar a Great Place to Work.”  Twice a year we poll our staff and ask, “How are we doing? What could we do better?”  In 2024, our employee satisfaction score was 96%.   We take our staff’s happiness and feedback very seriously, and we think it shows!

 

 

Community Engagement

Road Scholar Human Resources team hosts varied virtual monthly employee wellness and community engagements:

  • Road Scholar Wellness Work/Life Series - wide range of monthly topics, such as financial wellness, and strategies to manage stress
  • Improving Mindfulness - weekly virtual Yoga and Meditation classes
  • Employee Short Series - short monthly discussions on varied topics of interests hosted by RS employees, on a range of interesting topics, such as music, art, cooking, gardening, books, the list goes on…
