At a Glance
Embark on an adventure to the frigid, desolate landscape of the South Pole, and relive the greatest race in Antarctic history. Join Nicole Flores, professional guide, as she compares the strategies, leadership and equipment of the first two teams to attempt this historic feat in December 1911. This gripping tale of bravery, sacrifice and the human spirit reveals the story behind one of the most important accounts of the 'heroic age of Antarctic exploration.'
