After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
One or more of the meals on your program must be pre-selected. For your convenience, we have created an online form that can be filled out on any mobile device or computer. The link can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. We expect it will take less than 5 minutes to complete. At the bottom of the form there is a submit button. After submitting your form, you will have the opportunity to “submit another response” if you are traveling with someone in the same household.
United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

Take the Silver line from the Arrivals level at the airport towards South Station. Get off at South Station, and transfer for free to the Red Line towards Alewife. Go one stop to Downtown Crossing. Follow signs for Chauncy Street and Downtown Crossing and take the stairs to street level. Head southwest on Chauncy Street toward Bedford Street. Continue past Bedford Street and make a right on Ave de Lafayette. Hotel is on the left.

Boston's South Station is the terminus of Amtrak's Acela Express, Lake Shore Limited, and Northeast Regional lines. (Back Bay Station, about a half mile from the hotel, is also served by these lines, so if arriving by Amtrak, you may wish to get off there, then walk or take a bus or taxi.) The taxi stand is situated on Atlantic Avenue, the main street in front of South Station, between the train and bus terminals. From the West to the Hyatt Regency Boston
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Rte. 90 East) towards Boston. Use the middle lane to take exit 24 A-B-C towards South Station/I-93 North. Keep right and follow signs for South Station. Next, keep left and follow signs for State Hwy 3 N. Take a left and continue onto Kneeland Street. Turn right onto Lincoln St. Continue on Lincoln St. for about .2 miles, before turning left onto Bedford St. Take the second left onto Chauncy Street (after about .1 miles) and a right onto Avenue De Lafayette. Hyatt Regency Boston is located on your right.
From the South to the Hyatt Regency Boston
From I-95 N use the right two lanes to merge onto I-93 N. Follow I-93 North towards Boston. Take exit 16 toward Worcester/South Station, and then keep left, and follow signs for South Staion/Chinatown. Continue onto Lincoln St. Then turn left onto Bedford Street. Take the second left onto Chauncy Street (after about .1 miles) and a right onto Avenue De Lafayette. Hotel is located on your left.
From Logan Airport to the Hyatt Regency Boston
Get on I-90 W and turn left onto the Williams Tunnel ramp to I-90 W/I-93. Use the right lane to take the exit toward South Boston and then the left lane to take the ramp to Congress Street. Turn left onto Congress Street and then left onto Dorchester Ave. Turn right onto Summer Street and continue until you make a left on Chauncy Street. Take a right onto Ave de Lafayette and the hotel will be on your left.
From the North to the Hyatt Regency Boston
Take Route I-93 South into Boston. Take exit 16A toward South Station and use the right lane to merge onto Purchase St. Turn right onto Summer Street, and then in 500 feet turn left onto Bedford Street. Continue on Bedford Street for approximately 0.1 mile, then turn left onto Chancy Street. Then turn right at the first cross street, onto Ave de Lafayette. The Hyatt Regency Boston is located on your left.
