We’ll have an opportunity to take part in a pre-breakfast Tai Chi session.
In the Dining Room, the breakfast buffet offers choices of cold and hot cereals, bread to toast, scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, fruit bar with yogurt and granola, plus coffee, tea, water, and juice.
Our first class of the day at 9:00 am will continue presenting the history of the Monadnock Region. The morning break will include coffee, tea, water, fruit and coffee cake to help renew your energy. The morning will conclude with an opportunity to become acquainted with the sites on tomorrow's excursion.
In the Dining Room, we’ll have a buffet lunch with a full salad bar, soup of the day, and hot entrée plus beverage choices of coffee, tea, water.
In the early afternoon there will be time to enjoy recreational opportunities on campus including canoeing, tennis, golf, hiking and relaxing by the lake. In the late afternoon, the legendary Dudley Laufman, fiddler, storyteller, poet, and keeper of the traditional songs and dances of NH will join us for his first session on music and dance of New Hampshire.
At 6:00 p.m. in the Mayflower Dining Room, we’ll have a buffet dinner with a full salad bar, meat and vegetable entrées, dessert, and beverage choice of coffee, tea, water.
After dinner Dudley Laufman will lead us in a evening of music and dance. A light snack, conversation, board games, building a puzzle, TV, will be available to close the day.
