Eligibility:
The Road Scholar Refer-a-Friend Contest is open to all individuals aged 50 years and older, who are legal residents of the United States or any other country where this contest is permitted. Employees, agents, and affiliates of Road Scholar, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the contest.
Contest Period:
The contest begins on July 1, 2023 and ends on December 1, 2023. All referrals made within this period will be considered eligible for the contest.
How to Participate:
To participate in the Road Scholar Refer-a-Friend Contest, current Road Scholar customers can sign up their friends and family members for Road Scholar’s mailing list. Each successful referral will earn the Referrer one entry into the contest.
Prize Award:
Road Scholar will randomly select a Referrer who will win the Grand Prize of flights and enrollment for two in Road Scholar program #18647, The Hidden Treasures of Florence. The Grand Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service. Road Scholar reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize with an item of equal or greater value in the event that it becomes unavailable for any reason.
Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner of the Grand Prize will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days after the end of the contest period.
Publicity Release:
By participating in the contest, participants agree to grant Road Scholar the right to use their names, likenesses, and testimonials for advertising and promotional purposes without any additional compensation or permission.
General Conditions:
Road Scholar reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or involved in fraudulent activities. Road Scholar is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, errors, or delays that may occur during the contest period. The decisions made by Road Scholar regarding the contest and the selection of winners are final and binding. Road Scholar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time for any reason without prior notice.
Privacy:
Road Scholar will collect and use participants' personal information for the purpose of administering the contest and for marketing and promotional purposes, as outlined in the Road Scholar Privacy Policy.
Release and Indemnification:
By participating in the contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Road Scholar, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from their participation in the contest or acceptance and use of the prize.
