General Notes

This program takes place in Alaska in the wintertime. Therefore, be prepared for ice and snow-covered sidewalks and streets. The re-start of the race takes place on a frozen lake in Willow. Icy conditions exist everywhere! Bring proper footwear - warm, insulated boots with good tread are essential. Ice grippers or cleats are highly recommended. Due to the nature of this program, listening devices are not available.
