What is a waitlist?
A waitlist is a first come, first served list of participants who would like to enroll in a specific date of a program, but cannot because that date is sold out. If someone who is enrolled in that date cancels, the next person on the waitlist is automatically enrolled.
What are my chances of being enrolled from the waitlist?
Enrolled participants seldom cancel, it's not often we take people from the waitlist.
How do I get added to the waitlist?
If you would still like to be placed on the list, please fill out the form below and we'll contact you with the next steps. When we call you, please be prepared to place the standard deposit that is required for the program for which you are interested. We will then send you an email notification once you are placed on the list. This email will give you your current place on the waitlist and your order number.
How will I find out if I'm enrolled from the waitlist?
If someone cancels and you are next in line on the waitlist, you will be automatically enrolled in the program. If you are enrolled, please note that your deposit will be used to confirm your spot and it's no longer refundable.
How soon before the program begins do you enroll people from waitlist?
When people cancel, they tend to cancel at the last minute, which means if your spot on the waitlist comes up you could be enrolled as close as three days before departure for North America programs or as close as six weeks before departure for International programs.
What happens if I'm not enrolled in the trip?
If space never becomes available, the waitlist will expire and we will refund your deposit.
