Dinner: In the dining room at the retreat center, we’ll enjoy a delicious, mainly organic, vegetarian buffet dinner with coffee, tea and water included, at 6:00 p.m.

Evening: Orientation at 7:00 p.m. The Group Leader will greet everyone with a warm welcome and lead introductions. We will review the up-to-date program schedule and any changes, discuss roles and responsibilities, logistics, safety guidelines, emergency procedures, and answer any questions you may have. All meals in the dining room will be buffet style, vegetarian and made up mainly of local organic ingredients. Filtered drinking water, hot water, tea, coffee and fresh fruit are always available. Wi-fi is available in one meeting room. There is no cell phone reception on-site except in the meadow area but there is a public phone available, and an office phone for urgent calls. There is a steep hill to the meadow area. Free time is reserved for your personal independent exploration. Evenings at leisure offer opportunities to make the program more meaningful and memorable through personal independent exploration, engaging in available activities on your own, or simply relaxing and making new friends among fellow participants. The Group Leader will always be happy to offer suggestions. Program activities, schedules, personnel, and indicated times may change due to local conditions/circumstances. In the event of changes, we will alert you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding. Morning: Qigong (Chi Kung) is an ancient Chinese healing art that has been used for centuries to balance internal body energy and to promote good health. This method of internal energy work is a fantastic and easy practice that brings physical happiness, mental calm, and a general since of well-being. Gentle physical movements are combined with breathing and awareness, for energy building and flexibility. Break. Tibetan Buddhist Insights into living & dying: Proven meditation methods & ways of thinking help the mind find peace and fill the heart with joy. Includes lecture, meditation and discussion.

Lunch: In the dining room, enjoy a delicious, mainly organic, vegetarian, buffet lunch with coffee, tea and water.

Afternoon: Free time:Sauna/ Hot tub/Walk/Read/Journal/Private Massage. Afternoon snack Lecture and demonstration on healing energy massage,for balance and wellness.

Dinner: In the dining room at the retreat center, we’ll enjoy a delicious, mainly organic, vegetarian buffet dinner with coffee, tea and water included, at 6:00 p.m.

Evening: CLASS: Buddhist Insights & learn about the symbolism of Tibetan art, including a sand mandala, followed by a guided exploration of art works in the Meditation room at Land of Medicine Buddha.
