Sharon Ohrenstein’s career in the performing arts includes many disciplines: singer, actor, writer, director, composer/arranger and teacher. She has sung leading and featured roles in musical theater and opera, directed classic and contemporary plays, acted in numerous new and established works, written six librettos, composed for the musical stage, and arranged for concert band. Her most recent endeavor is co-composer and librettist for PATRA — a new two-act opera comique sung in English. Sharon has been teaching with Road Scholar since 2000 and loves it.
