What do Neolithic monuments, imposing castles and world-renowned whisky have in common? They all exist side-by-side among the lochs and ancient mountains of the Scottish Highlands. Watch the serene landscapes of the Highlands — from the Isle of Skye’s jagged peaks to the gentle shores of Loch Ness — drift by as you navigate Scotland’s lochs, rivers and canals. Beginning in Glasgow, journey into the Highlands and step aboard the only small ship that can navigate the inland waterways of the Caledonian Canal and the open sea. History, legends and culture will come alive en route to Inverness as you gaze upon the final resting place of some 50 Scottish kings and explore the legends of the Isle of Mull at Tobermory.
