Weather in the desert can be very hot during the day, picnics may be moved indoors if enough shade is not available in picnic areas. Seating is provided at all concert venues except Music Hike.
This morning we have a full order off the menu breakfast at a Moab local restaurant.
We are joined this morning by a local expert to learn about the ancient and historic peoples of this area. We travel North from Moab to Thompson Springs. We end up at Sego Canyon, site of Petroglyphs that represent three eras of ancient native petroglyphs. We will be guides through the site and helped with understanding of these interesting drawings.
Box lunch at hotel, a local market prepares our fresh box lunches each day. Lunch will include your choice of sandwich, fruit, chips, dessert, and water.
We depart mid-afternoon for the concert venue, a scenic drive up the Colorado River.
An early Dinner will be at the concert venue.
We attend a ticketed Festival Concert at the magnificent Red Cliffs Lodge in the Colorado River Canyon. , “TAKE 6” in Concert, TAKE 6 have known no musical bounds. Most recently, TAKE 6 had the honor of being the first American vocal group to perform in Cuba since diplomatic relations were restored.
