Does music sound grander when played on a gigantic organ? Is a greeting friendlier when it’s spoken in French? Do waterfalls look more beautiful up close? Find your own answers to these questions as you and your grandchild explore the French heritage, language and food of Québec City and Montréal. Travel by train from one fairytale city to the next through the beautiful Québec countryside, and ride a cable car to see the rushing waters of Montmorency Falls. Learn a little French and try using it with Québecois at a local market, and hear a musical performance at Montréal's famous Notre Dame Basilica.

Normand Legault
Normand Legault is one of the most talented and knowledgeable dancers of his generation. He is a master of the art of la gigue, a distinctively Quebecois form of solo step dancing which may very well have been adapted at least in part, from old Irish and Scottish step dancing. Normand favors the older, more improvisational approach to step dancing. In addition to dancing, he also plays the bones and fulfills the role of caller at dances where his wit and enthusiasm proves contagious.
