Morning: Class starts at 8:45 AM and goes until noon. Participants will be learning how to make various breads.

Lunch: Served at Lakeview dining hall from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.

Afternoon: Class will begin again after lunch at 1:15 pm and will continue until 4:30 PM.

Dinner: Served in Lakeview dining hall from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

Evening: There will be evening entertainment at 7:00 PM.

Morning: Class will begin at 8:45 AM. and go until noon breaking for lunch. Participants will be learning how to make a variety of breads.

Lunch: Served in Lakeview dining hall from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Afternoon: Class will continue at 1:15 PM and run until 4:30 PM when participants will be breaking for dinner.

Dinner: Served in Lakeview dining hall from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Evening: Participants will go back to the studio to continue class at 6:30 PM. This will be the only evening of open studio.

Dinner: We will be having our banquet served in Lakeview dining hall from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Afterward we will do a "walk through the classrooms" to see what all the different classes completed during the week.

Evening: Starting at 6:30 PM we will walk through each classroom to see what all the participants accomplished during the week.
